Having climate control, a couch and a comfortable couch in our fashionable room. The staff is AMAZINGLY NICE, amiable. The venue has good and decent location in the middle of jackson. And it's short walk to mall and casino as well as casino, restaurants and shopping.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant, always on hand when needed. The booked room was reasonably large and fashionable. The bathroom was large here.

The staff was friendly, close to fast food restaurants and mall.
Swimming pool was dirty, too much noise on the hallway, not much information on transportation to Dover Air base.

Bed linens were comfortable; though the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable to my 19 year old son -too small. Bathroom was nice.
The fluorescent overhead lighting in room. Musty, old feel to it; though appointed with updated linens, bathroom fixtures. Could use an updating. We are Hampton Inn devotees...and a little spoiled I guess
